Booking Terms

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a written contract has been signed by both the client and the artist, and a deposit (if applicable) has been paid.
2. Deposits: Some bookings may require a deposit to secure the artist. Failure to provide the deposit on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Payment: The remaining balance of the payment must be made prior to the event as per the agreed terms. All payments must be completed before the performance begins.
4. Cancellations:
   • If the client cancels the booking less than 14 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
   • If the artist cancels for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be provided, or an alternative artist will be arranged.

Responsibilities of D3 Agency

• Service Quality: D3 Agency ensures that all DJs listed on the platform meet professional standards. However, we do not take responsibility for any performance issues that occur on the event day beyond our control.
• Event Conditions: The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has adequate facilities, including sound and lighting systems, and that they are in good working condition.
• Punctuality: Our artists will arrive on time as agreed, barring any unavoidable delays (e.g., traffic, accidents). In such cases, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

• Licensing & Permits: The client is responsible for acquiring any necessary licenses or permits required for the event.
• Conduct: The client ensures that their guests behave appropriately during the performance. D3 Agency and its artists reserve the right to stop a performance if safety is compromised.
• Equipment Safety: The client must ensure that any equipment provided by the venue is safe and suitable for use. Damage to the artist’s equipment due to venue-related issues will be the client’s responsibility.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, images, and media on D3 Agency’s website are the intellectual property of D3 Agency unless otherwise specified. Use of any material from the website without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability

• Artist Substitution: In rare cases where an artist cannot fulfill a booking due to illness or emergencies, D3 Agency will arrange a suitable replacement if possible.
• Force Majeure: D3 Agency will not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

Amendments to Terms

D3 Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their bookings.
